		<description>Thank you for sharing that experience.  I had PPD after both of my pregnancies.  The first one, I had no idea what was happening and so it progressed until I was suicidal and homicidal.  The second time, I knew what was happening to me so I got on medication and used techniques I had learned over the intervening years despite the fact that the PPD the second time was exponentially worse than the first.  I just handled it better knowing what it was.

It is the #2 reason, after finances, that we decided not to have any more kids.</description>
